This Exhibitor Resources section is your one stop shop for all of the forms, information, and links you need to prepare for the event.
The various forms are broken out to make it easier to find what you need.

Career Fair Information
Move In:
Wed 11/2 – Move in 8am-12pm for IPCs; all non-IPC exhibitors can move in from 12pm to 4:30pm
Thursday 11/3 – Move in is 8am-4:30pm

What is included in my Career Fair Booth?
STANDARD BOOTHS
- Each 10’ x 10’ in-line booth will be set with 8’ high blue and white back drape and 3’ high blue side dividers, 1 – 6’ white draped table, 2 – chairs, and 1 – wastebasket.
- If you have a 10×20- you will receive double of the above.
- If you have a 10×30- you will receive triple of the above.
ID Signs
- Booths 300 sq ft or less will receive a one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq ft may receive a one-line identification sign upon request.
Carpet
- Booths outside the University, Government & Non-Profit Pavilion will need to provide carpet or floor covering in their booth space.
UNIVERSITY, GOVERNMENT, & NONPROFIT BOOTHS IN THE DESIGNATED PAVILION

What is my Interview Booth Number?
What is included in my interview booth?
- Interview booths were included in the Silver (qty 1), Gold (1), Platinum (4), Innovator (7), Visionary (10), and IPC (1) packages.
- Each interview booth is 10′ deep x 8′ wide and will be set with 8′ high blue and white drape on all four sides, 1-6’x30″ draped table, 2 chairs, one wastebasket and 1- 7″x44″ ID sign.

Registration will be located in Concourse A off of South College Street.
When can I pick up my badge?
Registration Hours:
- Wednesday 12PM – 8PM*
- Thursday 7AM-8PM
- Friday 7AM-5PM
- Saturday 8AM-12PM
Individuals need to pick up their own badge.
Prior to registration opening at 12PM on Wednesday, exhibitors will receive a set up sticker to access the expo halls. Proceed to the entrance of the Expo hall or Interview hall for your sticker.
Our #1 priority is always the health and safety of our attendees and exhibitors.
- We are encouraging the use of masks.
- Sanitation stations will be available throughout the Convention Center.
- We are NOT requiring proof of a negative test or proof of vaccination.
- We will not be providing COVID testing onsite. We encourage you to bring your own rapid antigen tests to take if you do start feeling sick.

IPCs & Gold Sponsors receive the Highlights Package.

Exhibitor Badge Registration is now open.
During the registration process, individuals will self-register with the promo code by registration type The code is only valid for the allotment of registrations included in your sponsor level and any additional you may have purchased.
Please distribute the promo codes only to those individuals that will be participating in the National Convention.

Full Convention:
Access to all programs and events (except for ticketed functions) and the career fair/interview booth expo floors
Career Fair Only:
Access to the career fair and interview booth expo floors.

If you use a contractor that is not on the official list of contractors, you will need to submit this form and the contractor will have to provide an insurance certificate.

- New Exhibitors – Please allow 5 to 7 business days from your confirmation for Freeman to upload your company in their system.
- Existing Exhibitors – If this is your first-time using Freeman Online for any event and you do not already have a username & password that you created, you will need to set up a login.

Floor Coverings
The Career Fair (Halls B & C) is NOT carpeted with the exception of the University, Government & Non-Profit pavilion.
The pavilion will be carpeted in midnight blue. Aisle carpet will be midnight blue.
All booths must have some type of floor covering.
You may rent floor coverings from Freeman or you may bring your own.
Interview booths (Hall A) will not be carpeted and carpet is NOT required in interview booths
