The SHPEtinas: Igniting Latinas in STEM Conference strives to accelerate Latina representation at all levels of corporate and academic leadership in STEM while affirming the Latina identity. The SHPEtinas conference hosts attendees at all levels of their educational and professional journey as well as academia and advisors.
- Immerse in empowerment sessions that support Latinas’ technical and leadership development enabling them with tools to reach their full potential.
- Engage openly in candid conversations with the SHPE familia discussing gender representation and career advancement.
